Initially I had planned to design and print my own cookbook, but it was way too expensive. So instead of sharing my passion project with just a select few family members, I’ve decided to publish it here, for free. I hope you enjoy the recipes as much as I’ve enjoyed making them. If it’s a recipe that I’ve adapted from elsewhere, I give credit to the cook, and link to the site if possible. If the recipe is a review, then I won’t include the details, but rather just write my opinion of it, include photos, and link to where I found the recipe.

I have recently gone back to a gluten-free diet, and will be doing a 30 day Paleo Challenge next month. If a recipe can be altered easily for gluten-free diets, I have noted how to do so. I spent many years gluten-free, and so have a lot of experience cooking in that style.
